K 4 Kitchen

Ingredients:


Basmati rice-1 cup
Lemon juice-2 tbsp

Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp

Urad dhal- 1tsp

Green chilies (chopped)-4 or 5
Curry leaves- 2 flakes
Turmeric powder-1 tsp Salt to taste
Oil-2 tbsp

Cashew and kismis for garnishing
Preparation:

-Heat oil in a pan,add mustard.udad dhal, green chilies,curry leaves and tumeric powder.

-Pour the water,add salt and lime juice.

-Add the rice and mix it well.

-When it is cooked remove from heat and serve it hot.

-Garnish it with cashew and kismis.


-You can have it with salad and papad.
