Ingredients: Potato- 3 Urad dhal-1 tsp Mustard seeds- 1tsp Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp Red chilli powder- 1tsp Salt -to taste Oil   Preparation: -Pour oil in a pan. -Put urad dhal, mustard, turmeric powder and chilli powder. -Add potato and mix it well. – Stir gently and cook it until fried well.
