Ingredients:
Pork-1/2 kg cut in to medium size cubes
fresh cream-200ml
tomato-1
big onion -1
ginger garlic paste-1/2 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
coriander powder-1/2tsp
pepper powder-1/2tsp
green chilli-1
salt to taste
For seasoning :
oil-1/2 tsp
curry leaves
mustard
Preparation:
-mix all the ingredients except fresh cream in a vessel
-cook until it is done
-add fresh cream and stir for 1 min
-heat oil in a pan,sputter mustad seeds,add curry leaves
-garnish the curry with it
-serve hot with appam,rice ,puttu….
