Vegetable Biriyani

Ingredients:

Basmati rice-1

Water-2cup

Carrot-1

Beans-6

Potato-1

Big onion sliced-2

Ghee-3tsp

Ginger garlic paste-1tsp

Green chilli-3

Cinnamom-2inches

Cardamom-4

Cashew-100gm

Kismis-100gm

Pineapple Essence-2drops

Mint,coriander leaves-2tsp

Coriander powder-2tsp

Cloves-4

Salt

Yellow color-1 pinch

Preparation:

-Soak the rice for1 hour.

-Clean the rice and keep it aside.

-Pour water over the cooking plate in the cooking pan.

-Add salt,diced vegetables,Ginger garlic paste,Green chilli,Coriander powder,cloves,powdered Cinnamom and cardamom

-When the water is boiling add the basmati rice ,stir gently  and cover with lid until it is cooked.

-Add mint , coriander leaves and essence and keep the cooker covered.
