Fish curry

My sweet heart’s favourite meen curry…………..

Ingredients:

Sliced fish-1/2kg

Kashmiri chilli powder-3tsp

Small onion-8

Ginger chopped-1tsp

Cloves-1tsp

Curry leaves-3 flakes

Tamarind-1 piece

Cumin seeds-1/4tsp

Mustard-1/4tsp

Oil-3tsp

Salt to taste

Preparation:

-Heat oil,add mustard and cumin seeds

-Saute cut small onion,chilli powder,curry leaves,chopped ginger and garlic

-Add enough water and salt

-Put the sliced fish and tamarind

-Keep the flame in sim till it cooked

_Remove from the heat and serve it with kappa,rice,dosa,puttu,porotta…………….anything you like.
